Sarah spent three weeks with our puppy Pepper and put every effort into training and caring for her. She sent us regular updates showing us what she was teaching Pepper and in turn teaching us with the techniques she used. In the handover she gave so much of her time to ensure we understood methods to engage Pepper, walk her without pulling and recall her even when she was distracted by other dogs and other excitements! Sarah really cared for our dog and also cared how we were doing once she returned her to us which has helped with our confidence and success in continuing the training. She has provided ongoing tips and an extensive training plan to guide us in continuing Pepper’s training. Couldn't have found a better trainer for my reactive rescue german shepherd Juma. Sarah undertook a great deal of investigation before starting any training, which helped identify underlying issues.
